Louis is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, and lived in Cincinnati, Ohio for nine years before returning to New Orleans to attend Xavier University of Louisiana. After graduating from Xavier, Louis earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia, where he served as articles editor of the Georgia Journal of Intellectual Property Law.
The primary focus of Attorney Castenell’s practice is in the area of tort law, commonly known as “personal injury.” Louis works with major cases as well as smaller claims. He has many years of experience in negotiating fair settlement claims for clients and obtaining full compensation for accident victims. Louis also counsels clients on matters involving procuring and protecting intellectual property rights with an emphasis on Copyright and Trademark law.
