Eric Sterling joined Palmore, Boenig & Associates in 2017 after passing Georgia's Bar Exam. Most of his practice consists of personal injury and criminal defense work, but he also handles employment discrimination cases and contract disputes.

He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017. During his time at Georgia, Mr. Sterling was a member of the Mock trial team, an Executive Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, and a Student Ambassador for the Dean Rusk International Law Center. He was selected as lead counsel for the 2017 National Trial Competition in which his team was a regional semifinalist.

In 2015, Mr. Sterling won a Fellowship Award from Equal Justice for America that allowed him to work for the homeless in Atlanta, Georgia at Georgia Law Center for the Homeless. Winning University of Georgia's Bridge to Practice Fellowship Award enabled him to continue to work for the public interest at the Western Circuit Public Defender's Office from 2016-17.

Mr. Sterling previously received his B.A. in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government from the American University in Washington D.C. During his time, he studied abroad at the Free University in Berlin. Mr. Sterling speaks fluent German.

Mr. Sterling is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the National Employment Lawyer's Association and NELA Georgia.
